Project Managers
Your first port of call will be with the TBS Amwell internal sales team. They will be on hand to discuss your unique project requirements. They'll also provide any marketing literature, including personalised proposal packs, brochures and samples.
If install is required, they will then point you in the direction of TBS Fabrications. We have experienced and knowledgeable Contract Managers who are on hand to discuss the needs of your project.
Contract Managers
Our dedicated Contract Managers are on hand to co-ordinate your projects from pre- design to the final installation.
We have extensive experience in commercial washroom installation, helping you to understand the intricacies of the washroom processes, allowing you to make informed decisions that contribute to the overall success of the project.
Quotations
We offer comprehensive and accurate quotations tailored to your requirements and financial constraints.
Our team assists in planning, budgeting, and decision-making, guaranteeing the seamless execution of your project.
CAD
Once your order is placed we have a dedicated CAD team to turn your quotation into technical drawings for approval.
Once drawings are signed off, your order will move straight through to production in our UK - based factory.
Tech Support
We provide a comprehensive handover to the customer including guidance and training on the proper use, maintenance, and cleaning of the installed washroom systems, ensuring that the client can effectively manage and care for their new facilities.
Site Surveys
We initiate the installation process with a comprehensive site assessment. Our team visits the location to assess the available space, analyse the architectural layout, and identify any unique requirements or potential challenges.
By gathering essential data and insights during this stage, we help our customers to make informed decisions, ensuring the efficiency and success of their projects.
Installation
Our experienced installation team work diligently to assemble and install the washroom components with precision, paying attention to details and adhering to the project specifications.
